  • Olivia Wolff-Herda is a Clinical Trainee and candidate for LPCC under the supervision of Thao-Ha Phan, MA, LMFT, LADC.

    Olivia has always been fascinated by the complexity of the human mind and the incredible resilience that lies within each individual. She looks forward to walking alongside you during your mental health journey as you collaboratively work as a team in cultivating a therapeutic relationship, goal setting, and exploring different facets of what it means to be you. Her therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered and holistic with a biopsychosocial foundation. In her sessions, she aims to create a safe space that is inclusive to anyone who may step through the door. Clients of Olivia are encouraged to come exactly as they are in order to freely express thoughts and emotions without judgment.

    In order to uncover insights and facilitate personal growth, Olivia will tailor counseling sessions to each client based on their unique context and personal needs. This may include using different techniques, asking difficult questions, actively listening and validating emotions, as well as using humor when appropriate. However, she believes that the true distinguishable factor that determines whether counseling is successful or not, depends on the trust that is built within the therapeutic relationship between client and counselor.

  • All services are available via telehealth for individuals residing in Minnesota. Services are provided in-person at the Buffalo location depending on the situation and appropriateness.

    Monday from 9:00am to 5:00pm;
    Tuesday from 9:00am to 5:00pm;
    Wednesday from 9:00am to 5:00pm;
    Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm;
    Friday from 12:00pm to 3:00pm
