A comprehensive assessment is often the first step in addressing concerns related to alcohol, drug use, or a DWI/DUI charge. At Anchor Recovery, we provide confidential, professional evaluations that meet Minnesota state requirements and help determine the right level of care for your situation.

We are here to guide you in evaluating your personal needs in regards to substance use. Our Comprehensive Assessment will be conducted by a licensed chemical health assessor to determine whether you are suffering from a substance use disorder. If needed, a recommendation will be made for the appropriate level of care.

Our licensed professionals take a supportive, nonjudgmental approach to every assessment. We review:

  • Personal history and current concerns

  • Substance use patterns and impact

  • Mental health and physical health factors

  • Legal issues such as DWI/DUI-related assessments

  • Recommendations for next steps in treatment or support

Fee for this service: $ 250

Payment Options:
Insurance (BCBS, Blue Plus, HealthPartners, Hennepin Health, Medicaid/Medical Assistance, PrimeWest, South Country Health Alliance, UCare)
Out of pocket (HSA, Cash, Check, Credit Card). Please pay by check or credit card.

We are out-of-network with: Medica, Optum, United Healthcare.

No client will be turned away for their inability to pay.

We offer sliding scale/ discount services to individuals who are unable to afford essential services, based on income and household size.
