Razan Melhem is a Clinical Trainee and candidate for LPCC under the supervision of Thao-Ha Phan, MA, LMFT, LADC.

She provides support in managing difficulties in personal & professional lives caused by unresolved traumas or conflict. She works with Individuals, children, teenagers, families, and couples to help collaboratively tackle the challenges they are facing. She does this through creating new insight and forming an action plan. She uses multiple therapeutic techniques and tailor them to fit your needs. She helps you learn to sit with difficult or uncomfortable emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations instead of avoiding them. She brings empathy, curiosity, humor, and sometimes challenges to the sessions.

Her specialties include but are not limited to anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, chronic pain, trauma and PTSD. Specializing in Medical Family Therapy prepares her to work with clients and their families regarding medical diagnosis and illnesses. She’s looking forward to furthering her professional training in trauma care and strategies to assist clients on their journey.

Brainspotting (BSP) Level 1 Training

All services are available via telehealth for individuals residing in Minnesota. Services are provided in-person at the Andover location depending on the situation and appropriateness.

Tuesday from 9:00am to 4:00pm;
Wednesday from 9:00am to 4:00pm;
Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm; and
Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm
