Brad Gangnon serves as Executive Director of Anchor Recovery and is passionate about helping people find hope, stability, and lasting recovery. He believes everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—no matter where they are in their journey.
Brad has spent his career working in behavioral health and addiction recovery services, supporting individuals and families affected by substance use, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. His experience includes program leadership, staff development, recovery support, and helping organizations create safe, welcoming environments where people feel supported and understood.
